It is a modest hotel, with basic facilities, but everything was working well (e.g. internet, shower, daily cleaning), and the people at the reception were friendly and spoke English. Behind the hotel is a green area (exceptional in Istanbul) with a ruin of one of the towers of the city walls, and an old bell tower of a church.
